Only use full Twitch usernames.
If the person has no Twitch, use their YouTube @username, not display name.

Botting is not allowed.
Bot submissions will get removed.

Last year's winners will not be able to get nominated for the same category this year.

You may only nominate VTubers.
Our definition of VTuber does not include someone who mainly uses their real face as branding and/or has no default png/gif/3d/live2d model.

No private information is collected by us. The forms are anonymous and will always stay that way.
We don't see your e-mail address when you fill in the form.

Answers collected in the form are not shared with any third parties.
We only use the answers collected to calculate the winners of the awards.
